If your shipping destination is not included in any of the above zones, please email us and we will be happy to arrange a delivery quote for you. 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We are unable to take responsibility if this address has been provided incorrectly, so please check the address you have entered carefully. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect delivery address information may be passed on to you. We shall not be liable for delays which are caused due to an incorrect delivery address. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or extremely busy periods, can unfortunately delay the delivery date. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience you may be caused due to the delay. 

UK SHIPPING DETAILS

Once you have placed your Natural Isle order, we aim to despatch within 1 working day from the day the order is placed. 

Parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days (including Saturdays). You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your tracking number, so you can track your parcel until the point of delivery. 

Should you not accept the delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office depot and it will be your responsibility to arrange a redelivery (no extra charge) or to arrange collection. Please ensure you make arrangements to receive your parcel from Royal Mail within 2 weeks or your order will be returned back to us. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

Once you have placed your Natural Isle order, we aim to despatch within 1 working day from the day the order is placed. 

Parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service. You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your tracking number, so you can track your parcel until the point of delivery. 

*Please note that international deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at the destination country and are to be paid by you, the purchaser. You may be contacted by our courier partner and then asked to pay charges for the parcel to be delivered. If an additional import, duty or VAT payment is requested, you will need to pay the charge to release your parcel. We will not be liable for any import, duty or VAT charges applied once the goods reach your destination country outside of the UK. If you refuse delivery and the goods do not get returned to us, you will forfeit your refund*

SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged using FSC®-certified cardboard boxes which are both recyclable and reusable, protected with recycled shredded cardboard and lovingly finished with a thank you note printed on recycled card.
