Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY 

We really hope you love your piece of Natural Isle, but if for any reason you do not, please contact us via email at info@naturalisle.co.uk to start a return.  

If you have changed your mind and would simply like to return your order for a refund, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item(s) to us for a full refund. In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us. Please ensure returns are shipped in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. We will notify you via email once we have received your return, and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take several days to appear in your bank account. 

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards. 

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY 

If all or part of your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@naturalisle.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photos to reflect the issue, so that we can resolve your query as efficiently as possible. We will then review the issue and contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.
