Each Natural Isle candle is hand-poured using a natural soy wax blend, carefully chosen for its clean, even burn and soft scent diffusion. Every candle is 100% vegan and cruelty free. Our packaging is also fully reusable and recyclable, reflecting our thoughtful approach to both design and sustainability.
Each 220g Natural Isle candle has an approximate burn time of 40–50 hours when cared for correctly. Designed to burn slowly and evenly, our candles are created to gently fragrance your space and become part of your everyday rituals, from slow mornings to relaxed evenings at home.
All Natural Isle candles are thoughtfully designed in Knutsford and hand-poured in the United Kingdom. We work in small batches to ensure each piece feels considered, refined and true to the quality and craftsmanship at the heart of Natural Isle.
We aim to dispatch all UK orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, although timings may vary slightly during busy seasonal periods. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can look forward to your Natural Isle parcel arriving soon.
Yes — Natural Isle ships worldwide to a selection of international destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. All international orders are sent using tracked delivery services, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within our stated delivery timeframes. UK orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically arrive within 2–4 working days, while international delivery times vary between approximately 5–10 working days depending on your shipping zone. During launches or seasonal periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly extended due to high demand.
Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey and know exactly when to expect your Natural Isle delivery.
We hope you love your Natural Isle piece/s, however if for any reason you would like to return your order, you have 28 days from receiving your parcel to request a return for a full refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@naturalisle.co.uk. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable.
We’re so sorry if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us at info@naturalisle.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue where possible. Once we’ve reviewed your query, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange either a replacement or full refund.
To enjoy the best possible burn from your Natural Isle candle, we recommend burning it for 3–4 hours at a time or until the wax pool reaches the edge of the vessel. Always place your candle on a stable, level surface away from drafts to encourage an even burn. After each use, allow the wax to set before trimming the wick to approximately 5mm and gently re-centring it. Keeping the wax free from wick trimmings and debris will also help maintain a clean, long-lasting burn.
