Natural Isle®, founded by Lucy Murray, is a lifestyle store celebrating sustainable homeware that doesn't compromise on aesthetics.
Lucy started Natural Isle from her home in the Lake District after envisioning a platform of beautifully made objects with as equally beautiful story and ethos behind them.
When styling her home and searching for presents for her loved ones, Lucy continually struggled to find items she could guarantee had been crafted sustainably and thought how idyllic it would be to have a space where she could be certain everything had an ethical supply chain, but was stylish too. In that moment of consideration, Natural Isle came into perfect focus.
Established in September 2021, Lucy runs Natural Isle independently, but has the support of her wonderful partner, Adam, and lovely mum, Claire, when needed. Adam likes to stay on the logistics side of things, whereas Claire is always on hand to test out new products and loves to help out at pop-up events.
In order to bring you the best sustainable and stylish pieces available, Lucy has built and continues to build long-lasting relationships with Europe's best makers. From the wonderful Brad who creates plastic-free candles on the west coast of Cornwall, to the amazing Nina who handcrafts wooden items in Dartmouth, Lucy knows and cares where every product originates from and the name of every maker who carefully designs and creates Natural Isle's products.

Each parcel is carefully packaged in FSC®-certified cardboard boxes which she encourages you to reuse, protected with recycled shredded cardboard and lovingly finished with branded tissue paper and a thank you note printed on recycled card.
