With a sumptuous base of Epsom Salt, to relax and ease tired aching muscles, and the cleansing and purifying properties of traditionally hand-harvested sea salt from Brittany, topped off with the calming scent of lavender, this makes for the perfect part for your slumber time ritual.

Relax / This beautifully relaxing blend is wonderful for calming aching muscles and easing your anxious mind. The scent of lavender has been shown in some studies to increase alpha waves in the part of the brain that’s responsible for relaxation, promoting a restful nights sleep.

Soothe / Moisturising and restorative, Sel de Guerande is a coarse and moist sea salt found in a small region on the coast of Brittany. It is extremely rich in minerals and is collected by hand using traditional Celtic methods and wooden tools. It helps your body to rid itself of toxins by opening up pores and remineralising, cleansing and soothing the skin.

Calm / Along with the hugely well renowned calming effects of lavender on both skin and mind, Epsom salts are also exceptionally calming. They are easily absorbed into the skin and can help to soothe irritated skin and ease tired, aching muscles. The absorption of magnesium can also begin to relieve stress by promoting the production of serotonin and reducing the effects of adrenaline.

To use: Using the spoon, sprinkle desired amount under warm running water, lay back, relax and let the deeply calming scent of lavender wash over you.
